We deliver within 100 miles of our Andover, NH location with a minimum order of $750, and fees are based on distance. Delivery is charged at checkout by zone; we confirm the date when we call.

Delivery needs a $750 minimum order. Towns are placed by the center of their ZIP code, so an address near a zone line can land in the next zone. Pickup at the Yard is always free.
How delivery works
- Choose at checkout. Pick delivery or Pickup at the Yard. Checkout uses the same zones and fees as the calculator above.
- We check your street address. If your street address puts you in a different zone than your ZIP code, checkout shows you the updated fee before you place the order.
- We check in to confirm. After you order, we check in to confirm lengths and count and to set up pickup at the yard or a delivery time.
- We schedule your delivery. Delivery dates are scheduled once your order is ready, and we’ll confirm a time window with you in advance.
Weather delays. New Hampshire winters can affect road conditions and our ability to load, deliver, or accommodate pickups safely. If severe weather impacts your scheduled pickup or delivery, we’ll reach out to reschedule as soon as it’s safe to do so.
MRCOOL mini-splits ship free in New Hampshire
MRCOOL mini-split systems ship free within New Hampshire, to your door or to our shop for pickup at the Yard. Outside NH, call the shop at 603-735-6500 for MRCOOL shipping. Our local delivery zones and fees don’t apply to MRCOOL.
Questions people ask
Why straight-line miles and not driving miles?
Our zones are measured as the crow flies from our yard in Andover, the same way checkout measures them, so your fee doesn’t depend on the route.
My order is under $750. Can I get delivery?
Delivery needs a $750 minimum order. Under that, Pickup at the Yard is free.
I’m more than 100 miles away.
We don’t list a fee past 100 miles. Call the shop at 603-735-6500.
Can I pick up on a weekend?
We’re closed weekends, but pickups can be arranged by appointment when available. Call ahead and we’ll let you know.
Why could my fee change at checkout?
The calculator uses the center of your ZIP code. At checkout we also check your street address, and if that lands in a different zone you’ll see the new fee before you place the order.
Can MRCOOL and wood come on the same delivery?
No, they ship separately. If your order has both, checkout splits it in two: your MRCOOL system ships free within NH (to your door or to our shop; outside NH, call the shop for MRCOOL shipping), and your wood is delivered on our truck or picked up at the Yard. The $750 delivery minimum and zone fee are based on the wood part of your order only.
