Refund and Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at The Pine Outlet. If you’re not completely satisfied with a purchase, here’s how returns, refunds, and cancellations work.

Returns

You have 14 days from purchase to return an item. To qualify, it must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Sale-priced items cannot be returned.

How to Return an Item

Return items to 138 Pancake Road, Andover, NH 03216. You’re responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you’d like us to pick it up instead, we can arrange that for an additional fee.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue your refund within 7 days to your original payment method, with no extra fees.

Canceling an Order

You can cancel an order any time before it’s delivered, picked up, or shipped. Just email or call us to let us know.

MRCOOL Mini-Split Orders

Some MRCOOL mini-split units ship directly from the manufacturer’s warehouse and may follow different return timelines. Contact us for details before returning one of these items.
