Yes — air handler and condenser, single zone, with the 11.5 ft Quick Connect® line set included.
Which size do I need?
MRCOOL lists max coverage from up to 400 sq ft (9K) to up to 1,050 sq ft (24K) under ideal conditions. Real rooms vary — use MRCOOL’s system selector or call the shop to size it.
Do I need an electrician?
The 9K and 12K kits run on 115V; the 18K and 24K kits run on 208/230V. Each needs a dedicated circuit sized to MRCOOL’s specs (see the table above), and if your local code requires it, a licensed electrician for that hookup.
